The Calendar file bundles your app events (quick-adds, imported CSV) and this week's meals into one .ics. The Meals file is just the meal plan as all-day events. Tasks export is the ⬇︎ button on the Tasks page.

📺 Get it on Skylight

  1. Skylight syncs your linked Google/Apple calendar — the simplest path is to import the .ics into that calendar (Google Calendar → Settings → Import), and it appears on Skylight automatically.
  2. Meals: import the meals .ics the same way, or type them into Skylight's Meal Planner. Each meal is an all-day event titled “🍽 …”.
  3. Chores/tasks: Skylight's chores are set in the Skylight app; use the Tasks CSV as your reference list.
Tip: re-export after changes — these files are snapshots, not a live feed.
