Schedule TOP!! tasks during your high energy periods. Save low-energy tasks for when your energy naturally dips.

Buffer Time

Include 10-15 minute buffers between blocks to account for transitions and unexpected interruptions.

Batch Similar Tasks

Group similar tasks together (all emails, all phone calls) to reduce context switching and maintain focus.

Be Realistic
