Settings → Environment variables, add ANTHROPIC_API_KEY (mark Secret). Optional:
CLAUDE_MODEL (default claude-sonnet-4-6; newest is claude-sonnet-5) and
AI_ACCESS_TOKEN (a random string to stop strangers using your key). After adding variables, redeploy.
